The ABM10PN-1X/04D3-01GM manifold block belongs to the ABM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and acts as a compact distribution base in hydraulic automation. It supports NG10 (D05) directional valves, and its parallel normal flow circuit feeds each station independently for consistent pressure delivery. Four stations are provided, giving room for four valve bodies on a single block, while 3.75 in valve spacing aligns with the standard D05 bolt pattern. Pump and tank lines enter through bottom-ported P and T ports sized at 1-5/16-12 SAE-16 to handle the main flow paths without additional elbows.
The work ports labeled A and B use 1-1/16-12 SAE-12 threads so service lines can be attached with common SAE fittings. All ports follow the SAE threaded pattern to standardize connectors across the installation. Pressure checks are possible through GA and GB gauge ports that accept 7/16-20 SAE-4 fittings, giving maintenance teams direct access to line readings. The block bolts to a machine base with 3/8-16 × 0.75 in mounting screws, securing it against vibration and movement.
