The ABM10PN-1X/01D3-01GM manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the ABM Manifold Blocks series and routes hydraulic oil for automation tasks. A ductile iron 65-45-12 housing carries loads up to 5000 psi without deformation, and its parallel circuit type keeps supply pressure equal across connected functions. Normal flow configuration supports standard inlet and return paths, and a single station simplifies circuits that need only one D05 (NG10) valve. Valve spacing of 3.75 in aligns the block with common sub-plate dimensions so the directional valve seats accurately and seals.
A 1 BSPP P port feeds the system, a matching 1 BSPP T port returns fluid, and 1/2 BSPP A and B ports connect to the actuator lines. Ga and Gb gauge points are tapped 1/4 BSPP, letting technicians install pressure instruments on both work sides. All process connections follow the BSPP thread form to standardize fittings. The valve fastens with M5 × 0.50 screws, while M10 × 0.75 mounting holes anchor the manifold to a machine frame so it resists vibration and maintains leak-free joints.
