The ABM10PH-1X/01D3-50GM manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ABM Manifold Blocks series. It routes hydraulic flow among Size 10 (D05) directional valves in automated circuits. The block follows a parallel circuit type so every valve receives supply pressure independently. Its body is machined from 65-45-12 ductile iron to withstand rigorous duty, and the design is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi. A and B work ports use M27 × 2 threads while the pressure (P) and tank (T) ports are cut to M33 × 2, allowing standard tube fittings to be installed. All interface passages are sealed with O-rings in accordance with ISO 6149-1:1993 to prevent external leakage.
The block provides M12 × 1.5 gauge connections on both the A and B passages so system pressure can be monitored at each service port. Four mounting holes drilled to M10 × 1.5 with a 0.75 DP thread secure the unit to a subplate or machine frame, and a mounting kit is not included, requiring users to supply their own fasteners. Valves seat on 3.75 in centers, matching common D05 spool valve footprints, and the manifold weighs 17 lb per station, which helps installers gauge support requirements when assembling multi-station blocks.
