A4CSG Axial Piston Pumps

The A4CSG Axial Piston Pumps series is a family of Bosch Rexroth variable axial piston pumps in swashplate design for hydrostatic closed-circuit drives. The series covers sizes 250, 355, 500, and 750, with integrated boost-pump versions available to provide feed flow and pilot pressure supply, and it supports nominal pressures up to 350 bar with maximum pressure up to 400 bar. Flow is proportional to drive speed and displacement, and the pump output can be adjusted continuously by changing the swashplate angle through hydraulic or electro-hydraulic control options. Across the range, the pumps are designed for high-power closed-loop applications with compact construction, through-drive capability, integrated valve functions, and versions prepared for different filtration and mounting arrangements. The series is intended for heavy-duty hydrostatic transmissions that require variable displacement control, integrated charge pressure support, and high pressure capability in a compact pump package.
