The AA10VSO18DR1/31R-PKC62K01-S1749 is a pump from the A10VSO Variable Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for closed-loop hydraulic drives in industrial automation. It displaces 18 cm³ of fluid per revolution, supplying 32 L/min when it turns at 1800 rpm. When the swashplate is set below full stroke, shaft speed can rise to 3900 rpm, allowing higher power density without cavitation. Continuous operation is based on a nominal pressure of 280 bar, and this differential produces 80 Nm of drive torque at the shaft. The housing tolerates an absolute case pressure of 2 bar, so a low back-pressure drain line must be maintained. For circuits that demand full displacement, rotational speed is limited to 3300 rpm to keep the pistons within hydrostatic limits. The pump withstands a maximum working pressure of 350 bar, and it accepts inlet pressures up to 10 bar when mounted below tank level. Pilot control lines can be supplied with oil up to 350 bar, matching the main stage rating. Service ports follow common thread standards: the drain port uses a 9/16-18 UNF-2B connection while the pilot port is tapped 7/16-20 UNF-2B. Main flow exits through a SAE 3/4-inch flange conforming to ISO 6162-1, and the suction flange is SAE 1-inch to the same pattern.
