The AA10VSO140DRG/31R-VSD62N00 pump is part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies adjustable hydraulic flow for automated machinery. Its displacement of 140 cm³ per revolution sets the volume moved each shaft turn. At the nominal pressure of 4,000 psi it can transmit 453 lb-ft of torque to the drive shaft. The housing tolerates a maximum pressure of 5,100 psi so it can handle short peak loads without damage. When operated at full displacement the pump delivers up to 66.6 gpm, providing sufficient oil to large cylinders or motors. The rotating group is limited to 1,800 rpm at maximum volume, a value that guides prime-mover sizing. A 290 psi differential across the DRG control piston shifts the swashplate to regulate output under varying system demands.
An SAE J744 152-4 (D) mounting flange aligns the casing with standard power units. The suction line connects to an SAE J518 2 1⁄2 in inlet port to ensure low-restriction oil supply, while an SAE J518 1 1⁄4 in pressure port routes high-pressure flow to the circuit. Surplus leakage oil leaves through a 1 1⁄16-12 UN-2B case drain port to keep housing pressure low. All service ports are on the side in the 62 layout, giving technicians clear access. Control oil enters through port X, which uses a 9⁄16-18 UNF-2B thread and permits pressures up to 5,100 psi to adjust displacement remotely. The pump is supplied without a through drive, designated N00, so it is intended for single-pump installations.
