The AA10VSO140DR/31R-PKD62K03 is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies adjustable axial piston flow in hydraulic automation systems that require open-circuit operation. When depressurized, the swashplate rests at Vg max to provide full displacement during startup. A geometric displacement of 140 cm³ per revolution (8.54 in³/rev) delivers a high volume per shaft turn. The shaft rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end, so coupling orientation must match right-hand rotation. Internal porting directs oil from port S to port B, guiding external line layout. Minimum inlet pressure is 0.8 bar absolute (12 psi) to prevent cavitation, while case drain pressure is limited to 2 bar absolute (30 psi) to protect the NBR shaft seals. A four-hole SAE J744 mounting flange simplifies attachment to standard prime movers, and the NBR seal material is compatible with petroleum-based fluids.


Rated performance centers on pressure control. Nominal operating pressure is 280 bar (4100 psi) for continuous duty, and the pump tolerates peak excursions to 350 bar (5100 psi). The DR pressure compensator is factory-set to 280 bar (4100 psi) to hold system pressure by varying the swashplate angle. Compensator hysteresis does not exceed 3 bar (45 psi), providing tight pressure regulation during load changes. For the NG 140 frame, a 12 bar (175 psi) differential is required to shift the compensator from neutral to full displacement. The pilot port withstands 350 bar (5100 psi) so high-pressure remote control lines can be connected without risk.
