The AA10VSO140DFR/31R-PPB12K26 pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies variable hydraulic flow and pressure in automated machinery. It uses DFR pressure-flow control to match displacement to system demand, and the standard DFR differential pressure is 14 bar to maintain a stable margin between load and control pressure. Displacement is 140 cm³ per revolution so each shaft turn moves a fixed volume of oil, while a flow of 66.6 gpm can be produced at 1800 rpm for mid-range circuits. Flow travels from port S to port B, guiding line connections inside the system. Cold starts are possible down to –25 °C, letting equipment work in low ambient temperatures. Continuous service pressure is 4000 psi, and short peaks up to 5100 psi are accepted for transient loads.
Maximum inlet pressure is 30 bar absolute, allowing operation with pressurized feed lines without overstressing shaft seals. When running at 2050 rpm at full displacement the unit can supply 75.8 gpm, and the speed may increase to 2200 rpm when the swashplate is reduced to extend the operating envelope. The DFR control permits a maximum pressure setting of 4100 psi to limit system load before reaching peak values. Case drain pressure must stay below 2 bar absolute to protect internal bearings, and the pilot port tolerates up to 350 bar so remote pressure signals can safely actuate the control piston. Hydraulic fluid temperatures can rise to +110 °C without derating, supporting high-temperature duty cycles.
