The AA10VSO140DFR1/31R-PKD62K68-S1092 variable pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the A10VSO Variable Pumps series. It supplies adjustable hydraulic flow to automation circuits where load-responsive control is needed. A displacement of 140 cm³ per revolution determines the volume of oil delivered each shaft turn, letting system designers size actuators correctly. Clockwise rotation along with a designated flow direction from port S to port B specifies how the shaft and piping must be arranged in the power unit. An SAE J518 2-1/2 in inlet port accepts high-capacity suction hoses without additional adapters. The SAE J518 1-1/4 in pressure port provides a dedicated high-pressure outlet that withstands the specified working range. A 9/16-18 UNF-2B pilot port thread allows remote pressure signals to actuate the control piston. The 1-1/16-12 UN-2B case drain port thread gives a return path for internal leakage oil back to tank. A nominal pressure rating of 4000 psi defines the continuous working limit of the pressure port, supporting cylinders and motors that demand high force. The pump tolerates peak transients up to 5100 psi, allowing short overload events without damage. A standard differential pressure of 200 psi across the control orifice maintains stable load-sensing during variable displacement operation. Minimum absolute inlet pressure of 12 psi is required to prevent cavitation at full speed. Internal leakage oil must remain below 29 psi in the case drain line to protect shaft seals and bearing surfaces. Under DFR1 control the maximum flow deviation is limited to 1.60 gpm, holding delivery accuracy when load conditions change. The assembly weighs 132 lb, a factor that influences mounting brackets and lift planning during installation. Together these control and pressure values maintain predictable performance across the pump's operating envelope.
