The AA10VSO10DFR1/52R-PKC64N00E variable pump is built by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and converts mechanical input into controlled hydraulic flow for automation circuits. It uses DFR1 pressure-flow control to regulate displacement so system pressure and flow remain within target ranges. A differential pressure setting of 14 bar inside the controller establishes the margin for compensating load changes, while hysteresis is limited to 4 bar to minimize pressure oscillations. The pump supports a nominal working pressure of 280 bar to suit common closed-loop drives, and it can withstand peak excursions to 350 bar during short overload events. Internal flow proceeds from port S to port B, simplifying line routing in replacement projects, and clockwise rotation lets it couple directly to right-hand prime movers. An ISO 3019-1 mounting flange aligns with standard bell housings for straightforward installation.
Additional operating limits and connection details define how the pump integrates with the circuit. Two case drain ports give installers flexibility in returning leakage oil, and allowable case drain absolute pressure is 2 bar to maintain bearing lubrication. The inlet path permits absolute pressures up to 30 bar for boosted charging and requires at least 0.8 bar to prevent cavitation when reservoirs are low. Fluid temperature may reach 115 °C, enabling high duty cycles with thermally stable oils, and an NBR shaft seal with an FKM secondary lip resists hot fluid while controlling leakage. The unit is supplied without a through drive, so it occupies the end position on a pump stack and eliminates additional torsional loads.
