It supplies adjustable hydraulic flow to actuators in automated machinery and mobile equipment. The pump turns clockwise, matching power units that standardize on R-rotation shafts. Its geometric displacement of 6.10 in³ per revolution determines the volumetric output per shaft turn and defines the range of flow control. A case volume of 0.580 gal provides internal oil buffering to lubricate the rotating group during transient load changes. When driven at nominal speed with the swashplate at maximum displacement, the unit delivers 52.8 gpm, which covers medium-size circuit requirements. A rotor inertia of 0.396 lb-ft² keeps acceleration torque low, helping drive controllers start and stop the shaft quickly in variable-speed systems. Under a 280 bar load at full displacement the pump absorbs 125 hp, a figure used to size prime movers and cooling loops. At the same working point it transmits 328 lb-ft of torque, which informs coupling and shaft design. If the displacement is reduced below the maximum setting, shaft speed may rise to 2400 rpm, extending the available flow range for intermittent peaks. The assembly weighs 109 lb without a through drive section, so cabinet rails and mounting brackets need to support roughly 50 kg.
