The AA10VSO100DFR/31R-PKC62K05 variable displacement axial piston pump is part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth. It supplies hydraulic power to mobile or industrial actuators by converting mechanical input into regulated oil flow. A geometric displacement of 100 cm³ per revolution defines the theoretical volume moved each turn and sets the base capacity. At 2000 rpm the pump delivers 52.8 gpm, providing adequate flow for medium-size circuits, while consuming 125 HP at the same speed to guide drive motor selection. Maximum speed reaches 2000 rpm at full displacement, but operation can extend to 2400 rpm when the swashplate is reduced, offering flexibility during light load cycles. Continuous working pressure is limited to 5100 psi, establishing the highest permissible system load. The internal pressure compensator is preset to 4100 psi to prevent overload, and the load-sense control maintains a 200 psi differential so downstream valves receive stable supply without excessive energy loss.
Pilot functions and porting complete the hydraulic interface. The pilot port withstands up to 5100 psi and uses a 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread, allowing direct connection to remote compensator circuits. Suction conditions are capped at 145 psi, and the inlet flange sized 2 1/2 in to ISO 6162-1 provides a low-restriction path for reservoir oil. Case drainage must stay below 30 psi; a 1 1/16-12 UNF-2B drain port handles this return flow to keep bearing loads within limits. Working pressure lines are attached to a 1 1/4 in port conforming to ISO 6162-2, matching typical high-pressure hose ends used on mobile equipment. Peak shaft torque reaches 328 lb-ft at 280 bar, so couplings and gearboxes must be rated accordingly. These port sizes, pressure limits, and mechanical ratings guide designers in selecting hoses, fittings, and drive components that ensure reliable pump integration into automated hydraulic systems.
