The AA10VSO100DFR1/31R-PPA12N00 SO32 axial piston unit is built by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series to supply adjustable oil flow in hydraulic automation loops. A displacement of 100 cm3/rev establishes how much fluid moves each shaft revolution. At 1800 rpm the pump delivers 47.6 gpm, giving a reference output for standard electric-motor drives. A maximum flow of 52.8 gpm defines the upper limit when the swashplate is set to full stroke. The shaft may run at 2000 rpm when operating at full displacement, while a higher ceiling of 2400 rpm is allowed when the displacement is reduced; these two speed values widen the usable range for variable-speed prime movers. A nominal pressure rating of 4100 psi (280 bar) specifies the continuous working load, and a maximum pressure of 5100 psi (350 bar) permits brief peaks during transient events. Internal housing pressure must stay below 30 psi (abs) so bearings and shaft seals remain within their design limits.


A minimum inlet pressure of 12 psi (abs) prevents cavitation at the suction side, whereas 145 psi is the allowable inlet pressure ceiling for boosted reservoirs. The suction port is a 2 1/2 in flange per ISO 6162-1, chosen to maintain low velocity at high flow rates, and the pressure port uses a 1 1/4 in flange per ISO 6162-2 to handle full outlet pressure. A 7/16-20 UNF-2B pilot port provides a point for control signals that shift the swashplate angle, and a 1 1/16-12 UNF-2B drain port routes case leakage back to tank. The drive shaft must accommodate up to 328 lb-ft of torque when the outlet pressure reaches 280 bar, so couplings and motors are selected accordingly. A weight of 109 lb without a through drive influences lifting methods and mounting structure during installation.
