The AA10VO85DFR1/52R-VUC62N00 variable pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies regulated hydraulic flow for open-circuit automation tasks. In the depressurized basic position it returns to Vg Max so displacement starts at its highest setting, and the DFR1 pressure-flow control varies output as system demand changes. A standard pressure limit of 4,100 psi (280 bar) is built in to protect downstream components, while a fixed differential pressure of 200 psi (14 bar) maintains a stable margin across compensating valves. Clockwise shaft rotation is specified for right-hand drive arrangements, completing the primary configuration details for this pump.
The unit draws no more than 0.8 gpm (3 L/min) of pilot fluid, minimizing auxiliary power loss, and the pilot port is threaded 7/16-20 UNF-2B to accept common hydraulic fittings. Pressure hysteresis is limited to 60 psi (4 bar) so outlet pressure remains consistent during rapid load changes. FKM sealing is used throughout to resist high temperatures and aggressive fluids, and service ports are positioned on the side (code 62) to simplify piping in tight spaces. A through-drive is not provided, designated N00, so the pump operates as a stand-alone unit without the ability to mechanically couple a secondary pump.
