The AA10VO85DFR1/52R-VUC61N00 pump is built by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies adjustable hydraulic flow in open-circuit automation loops. A DFR1 pressure-flow controller governs displacement, and its differential setting of 200 psi (14 bar) maintains a constant load-sensing margin. Nominal working pressure is 4000 psi (280 bar), supporting high-force actuators. The input shaft must rotate clockwise, and flow proceeds from port S to port B, which dictates hose routing. A SAE J744 mounting flange allows direct coupling to engines or gearboxes, and two case drain ports provide alternate return paths for housing leakage.
Peak pressure capability reaches 5100 psi (350 bar) for brief transients, giving reserve against shock loads. Inlet pressure is limited to 435 psi (30 bar) absolute, while case drain pressure may not exceed 29 psi (2 bar) absolute to protect the housing seals. Rear-facing service ports coded 61 N00 pair with SAE J518 flanges to accept four-bolt fittings, and FKM seals withstand high temperature petroleum-based fluids. The pump includes no through drive (N00), so it cannot mechanically pass power to an auxiliary unit. An X-port control signal of 725 psi (50 bar) drives the displacement to minimum, enabling remote horsepower control in load-sensing circuits.
