Discharge is routed through an SAE J518 1 in pressure port that matches common hydraulic piping sizes. Internal leakage returns to tank via a case drain port threaded 7/8-14 UNF-2B; case housing pressure must stay below 29 psi to protect shaft seals and bearings. The fluid may reach temperatures as high as 239 °F without compromising internal clearances or seal materials. These limits and connection sizes provide clear guidelines for integrating the pump into closed-loop or open-loop hydraulic systems.
