The AA10VO60DR/52R-VSD62N00 variable displacement axial piston pump is part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth. It supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid to actuators and allows automatic flow adjustment for industrial automation circuits. A geometric displacement of 60 cm³ per revolution defines the volume delivered each shaft turn, while the DR pressure control varies this displacement to hold a target system pressure. Controller hysteresis is limited to 3 bar, so pressure changes remain narrow during load shifts. The unit is rated for a nominal pressure of 280 bar in continuous duty and can accept peak excursions to 350 bar for brief transients. Inlet conditions are restricted to 30 bar absolute to protect the piston group from cavitation. During clockwise shaft rotation the fluid moves from port S to port B, establishing the correct connection scheme for closed-loop systems.
The side-mounted service ports in Version 62 position both pressure and suction flanges on the pump housing’s sidewall, which simplifies pipe runs in compact power units. The pressure port conforms to the SAE J518 flange pattern so standard split-flange adapters can be used, and the mounting interface meets SAE J744 to attach directly to engines or electric motor bell housings. Two case drain ports let the housing be drained regardless of installation angle, with an allowable case pressure of 2 bar absolute to protect the shaft seals. The DR controller draws no more than 3 L/min of pilot oil, reducing the load on auxiliary circuits. A through drive is not installed under code N00, so no secondary pump can be coupled to the rear cover.
