The AA10VO60DR/52L-VUD61N00 variable pump belongs to the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It is intended to supply closed-loop hydraulic circuits with variable flow based on system pressure. The unit uses pressure control, so displacement is automatically reduced when the outlet reaches the preset value. A standby pressure of 290 psi keeps the circuit primed during idle periods, while the nominal working limit is 4000 psi for continuous duty. For short load peaks the pump tolerates 5100 psi without mechanical damage. Reliable charging is ensured when the inlet absolute pressure stays above 12 psi and below 435 psi, preventing cavitation or seal stress. The control sleeve draws a maximum of 0.8 gpm of pilot oil during regulation. The drive shaft is configured for counterclockwise rotation, matching common diesel engine outputs in mobile machinery.
The housing design supports two drain ports, and case pressure must not exceed 29 psi to avoid bearing washout. Internal galleries route oil from port S to port B, defining the fixed direction of flow in the circuit. Connections are located at the rear in version 61, which simplifies hose routing in compact power packs. The pump mounts on an SAE J744 flange and connects to actuators through working ports built to the SAE J518 standard, allowing direct use of North American hydraulic adapters. There is no through-drive, so the model cannot piggy-back additional pumps on the same prime mover. FKM seals are fitted to withstand high-temperature mineral or synthetic fluids. Together these interface features permit quick installation and reliable service when integrated into excavators, presses, or industrial test stands.
