The AA10VO60DFR/52R-VUD62N00 is a variable displacement pump in the A10VSO Variable Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits. It uses DFR pressure-flow control so delivery is matched to demand, and the controller can regulate outlet pressure up to 4100 psi (280 bar). The unit provides 60 cm³ per revolution of geometric displacement, giving predictable flow calculations. Continuous operation is allowed at 4000 psi (280 bar) nominal pressure, while the DFR valve maintains a fixed 200 psi (14 bar) differential between load and control lines. Clockwise rotation is specified to suit common engine drives, and torque is transmitted through a reduced-diameter splined shaft that simplifies coupling to gearboxes.
Side-mounted ports identified as version 62 facilitate compact installation on an SAE J744 flange, and the working interfaces follow the SAE J518 pattern for standard hose ends. Two case drain ports are available so housing pressure can be relieved from either side of the pump. Pilot port X is machined with a 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread and a depth of 0.39 in to secure the control line. Short-term loads can reach 5100 psi (350 bar) without overstressing the rotating group. FKM seals protect against high-temperature hydraulic fluids, and the assembly is supplied without a through drive, so no auxiliary pump can be piggy-backed.
