The AA10VO60DFR/52L-VUC62N00 variable displacement pump is part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies hydraulic power where automatic pressure and flow adjustment is needed. Its pressure and flow control (DFR) mechanism adjusts the swashplate angle to match load demand and avoid excess energy use. Rotation is counter-clockwise, permitting direct coupling to engines or electric motors that turn in the same direction. Internal channels route oil from port S to port B, so circuit designers can position lines without re-plumbing the housing. A nominal pressure rating of 280 bar allows continuous duty in medium-pressure circuits. The pump tolerates peak excursions to 350 bar during short transients common in mobile equipment. A differential pressure setting of 14 bar defines the standby margin that activates the load-sense spool. Installation to an SAE J744 mounting flange aligns the shaft and bolt circle with standard drive pads used on transmissions and power take-offs.

Side ports designated as code 62 place working and suction connections on the pump flank, easing hose routing in confined engine bays. The pilot port X is threaded 7/16-20 UNF, giving a common straight-thread interface for pressure feedback lines. Two case drain ports are provided to let the installer choose the most convenient return path for housing leakage oil. Case pressure must stay below 2 bar absolute to protect shaft seals and prevent cavitation around rotating groups. All dynamic seals are FKM, enabling resistance to mineral oil and elevated temperature typical of continuous operation.
