The AA10VO60DFR/52L-VSD62K04 axial piston unit belongs to the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies adjustable flow for industrial hydraulic automation. Its DFR pressure-flow control varies displacement in proportion to load pressure and commanded flow to reduce energy loss. A differential pressure setting of 200 psi (14 bar) across the orifice maintains steady actuator speed under changing loads. Maximum hysteresis of 60 psi (4 bar) keeps pressure oscillation low during rapid transitions. Because the pump is configured for open-circuit duty, fluid returns directly to the tank after passing through the system. The rotating group is set for counter-clockwise input so it mates with left-hand prime movers. Torque is transmitted through a splined drive shaft, giving higher fatigue strength than keyed alternatives. An SAE J744 mounting flange aligns the housing with standardized engine or motor pads for straightforward installation.

Side-mounted service ports in Version 62 keep pressure and return lines accessible when the pump is tucked against a manifold. Both working ports conform to SAE J518, enabling the use of common split-flange adapters rated for high pressure. An SAE J744 101-2 (B) through-drive flange lets another pump be piggy-backed without extra support hardware. The companion 1 in 15T 16/32 DP spline labeled K04 transfers drive torque to that auxiliary unit. Pilot control circuits draw at most 1.2 gpm (4.5 L/min), limiting heat generation and fluid turnover in the reservoir. These pilot signals are connected through Port X that is threaded 7/16-20 UNF-2B, which matches standard hydraulic fittings. All dynamic and static seals are FKM, providing resistance to high temperature and mineral oil.
