The AA10VO60DFR/52L-VSC62K04 variable displacement pump belongs to the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits. It delivers 60 cm³ per revolution, and the integrated DFR pressure-flow regulator maintains setpoints by adjusting the swashplate. A differential pressure setting of 14 bar keeps a steady pressure drop across control orifices, while the pump handles a nominal pressure of 280 bar and tolerates peak events up to 350 bar. Flow moves from port S to port B, and the drive shaft must rotate counterclockwise. Two case-drain ports are available so return lines can be routed to suit the installation.
The unit accepts inlet absolute pressures from 0.8 bar up to 30 bar, allowing either suction or boosted supply arrangements. Case-drain backpressure must remain below 2 bar, and hydraulic fluid temperature may reach 115 °C without impairing service life. A mounting flange machined to SAE J744 fits directly onto standard power take-off pads, and side port orientation identified as version 62 simplifies piping. The pressure port follows the SAE J518 pattern for split-flange adapters. A 1 in through-drive interface coded K04 lets users couple an auxiliary pump in tandem.
