The AA10VO60DFR/52L-VSC61N00 axial piston pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and is intended for hydraulic automation where variable displacement is required. DFR pressure/flow control continuously modulates output to match load conditions. Flow is directed from port S to port B, establishing the suction and discharge path. A SAE J744 mounting flange positions the housing on standardized pump pads, while all fluid interfaces are located at the rear under orientation code 61 to simplify manifold layout. Working ports comply with the SAE J518 pattern for use with common flange fittings. Pilot pressure signals enter through an X port threaded 7/16-20 UNF-2B, and the suction port is cut with a UNC thread to accept widely available adapters.
The pump is rated for 280 bar nominal pressure and can sustain 350 bar during peak transients. A standby pressure of 20 bar keeps the system charged when no flow is demanded, and a 14 bar differential pressure threshold initiates flow limitation for speed control of connected actuators. The inlet side tolerates absolute pressures up to 30 bar to prevent cavitation under boosted supply. Two case drain ports allow flexible return routing, and housing pressure must stay below 2 bar absolute to protect dynamic seals. The design omits a through drive, coded N00, so additional pumps cannot be piggy-backed on the same shaft.
