The AA10VO45DR/52R-VUC64N00 axial piston pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies pressurized hydraulic oil in automated drive systems. Its displacement is 45 cm³ per revolution, defining the volume transferred each shaft turn. The unit operates continuously at a nominal pressure of 280 bar and endures a peak of 350 bar for brief overloads. At 1800 rpm it delivers a flow of 81 L/min, suitable for medium-speed circuits. When the shaft reaches 2600 rpm with the swashplate at maximum stroke, flow rises to the specified maximum of 117 L/min. A reduced geometric setting allows the speed ceiling to extend to 3100 rpm so lower flow can be achieved without overheating. Permissible fluid temperature reaches 115 °C so the pump can handle elevated oil temperatures in compact power packs. The inlet port tolerates absolute pressures from 0.8 bar to 30 bar, covering both suction and boosted feed conditions. A drive-axis moment of inertia of 0.0033 kg·m² minimizes load on the prime mover during acceleration and deceleration. At full displacement the shaft can transmit 200 Nm of torque, supporting high output power without mechanical strain.
