The AA10VO45DFR1/52R-VUC62N00 axial piston pump is built by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series. It supplies closed-loop hydraulic systems with variable displacement flow for mobile and industrial automation. The pump displaces 45 cm³ per revolution, enabling precise metering of oil volume as the swashplate angle changes. A nominal pressure rating of 280 bar defines continuous operating load, while the peak pressure limit of 350 bar allows brief overload events without damage. Maximum speed reaches 2600 rpm at full displacement so drive sizing must keep within this limit to avoid cavitation. When the displacement is reduced, permissible speed rises to 3100 rpm, giving additional flexibility for high-rpm duty cycles. The unit is configured for clockwise rotation, which aligns with standard right-hand pump mounting on many power-take-offs. Side ports under Version 62N00 simplify hose routing in compact manifolds, and an SAE J744 mounting flange ensures interchange with common diesel engine bell housings.
SAE J518 flanged ports provide a standardized bolt pattern to secure the pressure and suction connections against the nominal working pressure. Minimum inlet pressure of 0.8 bar absolute prevents vapor formation at the suction side, while the maximum inlet pressure of 30 bar accommodates boosted charge circuits. Case drain pressure must not exceed 2 bar absolute so that internal leakage oil can return to tank without forcing seals. A maximum flow of 117 L/min at rated speed and full stroke defines the pump’s delivery capability for actuator groups. The design delivers 200 Nm of torque at 280 bar, a figure used to size the prime mover shaft and coupling. FKM seals resist high-temperature hydraulic fluids and many additives, supporting long service life. Absence of a through drive means additional pumps cannot be tandem-mounted, which simplifies the housing and reduces weight.
