The AA10VO45DFR1/52L-PUC62N00 variable pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the A10VSO Variable Pumps series. Intended for hydraulic automation circuits, it offers a displacement of 45 cm³ per revolution to supply controllable fluid power. At 1800 rpm the pump outputs 21.4 gpm (81 L/min), and a permitted speed ceiling of 2600 rpm increases flow to 30.9 gpm (117 L/min). Continuous operation is supported at 4000 psi (280 bar) with tolerance for peaks to 5100 psi (350 bar). A DFR1 compensator uses a differential pressure of 200 psi (14 bar), and under this setting flow deviation is held to 0.48 gpm (1.8 L/min) so that delivery remains stable.
Fluid enters through a SAE J518 1 1/2 in inlet port and exits via a SAE J518 1 in pressure port, while excess oil drains from the case through an ISO 11926 7/8-14 UNF-2B connection. The inlet line may be pressurized to an absolute 435 psi (30 bar), and case drain pressure must stay below an absolute 29 psi (2 bar) to protect internal seals. Drive selection is aided by torque data: 53 lb-ft (72 Nm) is required at 100 bar, increasing to 146 lb-ft (200 Nm) at 4000 psi. The pump weighs 46 lb (21 kg), allowing installation where moderate weight is acceptable.
