The AA10VO100DFR1/31R-PSC62N00 axial piston unit is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series. It serves closed-loop hydraulic systems by varying displacement to match actuator demand in mobile and industrial automation. The geometric displacement is 100 cm³ per revolution, so a single rotation delivers that volume of oil to the circuit. At 1800 rpm the pump supplies a maximum flow of 180 L/min, a figure used for sizing line velocities and cooler capacity, while the flow rises to 200 L/min when the shaft runs at its highest speed. When the swashplate is held at maximum displacement the permitted speed is 2000 rpm, and the allowable speed increases to 2400 rpm when displacement is reduced, giving designers extra margin for high-speed duty cycles. A nominal pressure of 280 bar defines the continuous operating limit, and a peak pressure of 350 bar outlines the short-term load the housing and rotating group can withstand. The inlet port follows the SAE J518 standard in a 2 1/2-inch size to accommodate the suction line without excessive velocity, while the pressure port is SAE J518 1 1/4 inch and sets the connection for the high-pressure outlet to actuators. A case drain port threaded 1 1/16-12 UN-2B returns internal leakage to the reservoir and prevents housing overpressure, and pilot port X with a 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread accepts control pressure for the DFR1 regulator that adjusts the swashplate angle. The rotating assembly carries a moment of inertia of 0.0167 kg·m², a value used when calculating start-up acceleration and deceleration torsionals. Dry weight is 45 kg, so lifting points and supports must accommodate that mass during installation and service.
