The A10VSO45DR/31R-PPA-12K26 Test Code 001 variable pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies axial-piston flow for hydraulic automation circuits. Its displacement is 45 cm³ per revolution, and at 1 800 rpm with maximum volumetric setting it provides 81 l/min. The pump rotates clockwise to match standard right-hand shaft drives. Continuous duty is supported at 280 bar, where the shaft must deliver 200 Nm of torque. An internal case volume of 1.0 l manages leakage, and excess oil exits through a drain port that tolerates 2 bar; this connection is cut with a 7/8-14 UNF-2B thread.
The unit may run up to 2 600 rpm at full displacement, producing 117 l/min and absorbing 55 kW. Transient events are contained by a 350 bar peak pressure limit, which is also the highest permissible pressure on the pilot control port. That pilot interface uses a 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread. Inlet oil is drawn through a 1.5-inch suction port conforming to ISO 6162-1, while the working outlet is a 1-inch port of the same flange standard. Adhering to these flow, speed, and pressure limits allows the pump to operate reliably in mobile or industrial hydraulic drives.
