With a displacement per revolution of 18 cm³, the pump meters a fixed volume of fluid every shaft turn, letting the control system scale output precisely with speed. When the shaft turns at 1800 rpm and the swash plate is at maximum angle, the pump delivers 32 l/min, a rate suitable for moderate actuator circuits. Running at the nominal speed of 3300 rpm and the same displacement setting, flow rises to 59 l/min so that larger consumers can be served without changing hardware. The nominal pressure of 280 bar defines the continuous working load the housing and rotating group can sustain. At this working point the pump can transmit up to 28 kW of mechanical power, while the drive must be able to resist the 80 Nm of torque produced at 280 bar; these figures guide motor sizing and coupling selection.
System designers can momentarily load the pump to a maximum pressure of 350 bar, yet the integrated control on version SO275 caps the pressure setting at 100 bar when the relief function is active to protect downstream components.
