The A10VSO10DR/52R-PKC64N00 variable pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series. It supplies adjustable axial piston flow to hydraulic automation circuits where pressure must be held constant under shifting demand. A two-hole ISO 3019-1 C mounting flange enables direct coupling to standard power frames. Shaft rotation is clockwise, matching common engine output direction. Internal flow proceeds from port S to port B, ensuring predictable porting in closed-loop systems. A built-in DR pressure controller modulates displacement to meet load changes without external electronics. Continuous service is rated at 4,100 psi, while transient spikes up to 5,100 psi are permitted. The inlet requires only 12 psi absolute, and the case drain must remain below 30 psi absolute to protect the NBR seals.

The pump uses mineral oil HLP according to DIN 51524-2, which secures adequate lubrication and viscosity stability. The pressure on the high side must not fall below 145 psi so the pistons stay fully supported. A pilot port can withstand up to 5,100 psi, allowing remote control signals to override the main stage without separate boosters. The unit tolerates a pressure rise rate of 232,060 psi per second, accommodating fast-acting directional valves in mobile machinery. During modulation, controller hysteresis is limited to 45 psi, keeping pressure fluctuations within narrow bounds. There is no through drive, so additional pumps cannot be mounted in tandem on the rear face. The absence of a secondary shaft shortens the drivetrain and minimizes bearing load. This compact arrangement helps integrate the pump into confined hydraulic power packs where space and weight are at a premium.
