The A10VO60DFR1/52RPSD61N00 SO277 is a variable-displacement pump in the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth. It supplies hydraulic power to automation systems where flow must change with load. Continuous duty is supported by a nominal pressure of 4000 psi (280 bar), while a peak pressure rating of 5100 psi (350 bar) allows short overloads without damage. An SAE J744 mounting flange positions the housing on standard engine or motor faces, and clockwise rotation matches right-hand prime movers. Flow moves from port S to port B, and Version 61 N00 rear ports keep all connections on one side of the manifold. Two case-drain ports give installers routing options, and case-drain pressure must stay below 29 psi (2 bar) to protect shaft seals.
The pump accepts inlet pressures from 12 psi (0.8 bar) absolute to 435 psi (30 bar) absolute so it can draw oil from a flooded reservoir or a boosted supply without cavitation. Maximum fluid temperature is 239 °F (115 °C), and short-term operation is permitted with viscosities between 10 mm²/s and 1600 mm²/s, covering warm starts and cold oil. The DFR1 control holds a differential pressure of 200 psi (14 bar) across an external orifice, and pressure control hysteresis does not exceed 45 psi to keep actuator motion stable.
