The A10VO100DFR/31R-PUC61N00 variable pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VSO Variable Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid in hydraulic automation circuits by adjusting piston stroke to match flow demand. Its geometric displacement is 100 cm³ per revolution, equal to 6.10 in³/rev, and the design supports a nominal pressure of 4000 psi while tolerating peak loads up to 5100 psi. A minimum absolute inlet pressure of 12 psi keeps the pumping elements flooded, and a built-in DFR control maintains a constant differential of 200 psi between inlet and outlet. Shaft rotation is clockwise, matching standard right-hand drive trains. Fluid enters through a SAE J518 2 1/2-inch suction port on the rear housing and exits through a SAE J518 1 1/4-inch pressure port, simplifying manifold connections.
The case drain is threaded to ISO 11926 1 1/16-12 UN-2B and must discharge to tank below an absolute pressure of 29 psi to protect NBR sealing with an FKM shaft seal ring. A pilot line can be connected at port X, which uses ISO 11926 7/16-20 UNF-2B threads, to modulate the swashplate position. All service ports are located at the rear in accordance with version 61, providing single-side access for maintenance. The assembly is supplied without a through drive, so it terminates a pump stack when no secondary units are required. It weighs 99 lb, or 45 kg, making it compact enough for manual handling during installation while delivering stable, variable flow for industrial machinery.
