The A A10V O 45 DFR /52R-VUC64N00 variable displacement pump is part of the A10VSO Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth. It supplies adjustable hydraulic flow for industrial motion circuits controlled by pressure-flow regulation. The DFR pressure-flow control automatically alters displacement to stabilize system pressure and delivery. Its displacement of 45 cm³/rev forms the base capacity that the control varies. A differential pressure setting of 14 bar (200 psi) keeps a constant load-sense margin across downstream valves. When driven at 1800 rpm the pump delivers 81 l/min (21.4 gpm), giving a standard sizing reference for designers. Continuous operation is allowed at 280 bar (4000 psi), defining the nominal pressure limit of the housing and rotating group. Clockwise shaft rotation matches right-hand engine mounts in typical mobile equipment. Cavitation is prevented when the inlet absolute pressure at port S stays above 0.8 bar (12 psi). A permitted shaft speed of 2600 rpm at maximum displacement specifies the upper mechanical limit for stable operation.
It withstands peak pressure spikes up to 350 bar (5100 psi), allowing brief overloads during rapid actuator reversals. At rated speed the pump can supply up to 117 l/min (30.9 gpm), providing additional flow for high-demand cycles. Case drain pressure must remain below 2 bar (29 psi) so that internal leakage can return to tank without lifting shaft seals. Hydraulic oil temperature may reach 115 °C (239 °F) before thermal derating is required. Control port X is prepared with a 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread to accept common pilot fittings. FKM shaft and port seals resist hot mineral oil and many synthetic fluids used in mobile platforms. With 200 Nm (146 lb-ft) of torque required at 280 bar, the drive motor or gearbox must be sized accordingly. The assembled unit weighs 19.21 kg, a factor considered when selecting mounting brackets and service procedures.
