The AA10VM45HZ/52W2-VRC66N007 axial piston variable motor belongs to the A10VM Variable Motors series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended for closed-loop hydraulic drives where adjustable displacement governs speed and torque. The unit offers a maximum displacement of 45 cm³ per revolution, giving precise flow control to match load demand. At this displacement it can run from 250 rpm up to 4000 rpm, while operation can extend to 4600 rpm at minimum displacement for high-speed travel functions. A nominal pressure rating of 280 bar supports continuous duty, and a 350 bar maximum pressure limit covers short overload events. When pressurized to 280 bar the motor delivers up to 200 N·m of output torque, and starting torque reaches 149 N·m to overcome static friction in loaded circuits. The HZ control requires pilot oil between 30 bar and 280 bar so the swashplate can shift reliably across its stroke and maintain command authority under varying system conditions.
The internal case volume of 0.7 l stores lubricating oil that cools the rotating group during prolonged operation. A flushing circuit that sees 16 bar boost pressure can be connected to extract heat and contaminants from the case flow. Return flow exits through a drain port threaded 7/8-14 UNF-2B, and working pressure lines connect to A and B ports threaded 1 1/16-12 UN-2B to suit standard high-pressure fittings. Pilot port X is machined with a 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread so compact control hoses can be installed without adapters. Torque is transmitted through a 1-inch, 15-tooth, 16/32 DP involute spline shaft that provides positive engagement with gearboxes or drive couplings.
