The A10VM45EZ1/52W1-VUC60N000 variable motor belongs to the A10VM Variable Motors series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical torque for closed-loop drives. It offers a geometric displacement of 45 cm³ per revolution, reaches 4000 rpm at maximum displacement, and 4600 rpm at minimum displacement to support fast duty cycles. Fluid connections follow standard sizes; ports A and B use ISO 6162-2 3/4-inch flanges secured by 3/8-16 UNC bolts 21 mm long. The drain port is threaded 7/8-14 UNF with a 17 mm seat, and the leakage line tolerates 2 bar absolute. Stable operation requires the low-pressure side to remain above 2 bar absolute and the high-pressure side above 10 bar absolute. At nominal speed, inlet flow can reach 180 l/min, so circuit plumbing must handle this volume. Displacement control is actuated by an EZ1 solenoid rated for 12 V DC that draws 1.5 A.
