The AA10VG45HWDL1/10R-NTC60F045D-S variable piston pump is built by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VG Variable Piston Pumps series. It supplies pressurized fluid to hydraulic automation systems. A displacement of 46 cm³ per revolution defines the volume moved each shaft turn. The unit operates continuously up to 3300 rpm and permits intermittent peaks of 3800 rpm for load swings, while 500 rpm is the lowest speed that still maintains lubrication. A nominal pressure of 300 bar sets the routine operating limit, during which the drive must deliver 75.9 kW and 220 Nm. Under these conditions the pump provides a maximum flow of 152 l/min. Fluid temperature may rise to 115 °C before thermal limits are reached.
Service line ports sized to SAE J518 3/4 in create standard pressure and return connections, and an M33×2 boost suction port feeds the inlet charge. Two M22×1.5 case drain ports return leakage oil to the reservoir. The housing accepts 0.75 L of fluid during filling to flood internal passages. A neutral-position switch rated for 20 A enables electrical detection of swashplate zero flow. The pump withstands short peaks to 350 bar, provided fluid viscosity stays above 5 mm²/s to prevent boundary wear.
