The AA10VG45EP4D1/10L-NSC60F044DP-S pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the A10VG Variable Piston Pumps series. It is intended to supply closed-circuit hydraulic drives with adjustable flow for mobile and industrial automation. Each circuit displaces 46 cm³ per revolution, so the unit delivers a defined volume of oil with every shaft turn. At full stroke and its rated speed the pump moves up to 152 l/min per circuit, accommodating high-demand actuators. Continuous operation is allowed up to 3300 rpm, while 500 rpm is the minimum speed for stable lubrication and control. When system pressure reaches 300 bar the pump can transmit 75.9 kW of hydraulic power, and the mechanical torque on each circuit peaks at 220 Nm under the same load. The drive shaft S tolerates 314 Nm of input torque, letting the machine installer match engine output to this limit. A 1 in spline on the shaft simplifies coupling to common power-take-offs.
The integrated EP4 electro-proportional control is energized by 24 V DC with a ±20 % tolerance, providing compatibility with standard vehicle or machine supplies. Flow starts to change when the control coil draws 200 mA and reaches full displacement at 560 mA; a 0.77 A limit protects the winding from overheating. An 8.6 cm³ boost pump is built in to charge the closed circuit and purge air, preventing cavitation during rapid demand changes. The main housing resists external forces, allowing a maximum axial load of 1500 N and a radial load of 3600 N at 17.5 mm from the flange so that belt or gear drives can be used safely. The through-drive is rated for 314 Nm, enabling attachment of an additional pump without overstressing the primary shaft. These structural and control features support reliable variable-displacement service in compact hydraulic transmissions.
