The AA10VG28EP3D1/10R-NSC60F045DP-S axial piston unit is part of the A10VG Variable Piston Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended to supply adjustable oil flow in closed-loop hydraulic drives. Its rotating group displaces 28 cm³ for every revolution, so the delivered volume scales directly with input speed and swashplate command. An internal charge stage with a boost displacement of 6.1 cm³ per revolution keeps the main case filled and feeds the control valves. Oil is drawn through the boost suction port marked M33x2 and any surplus is routed back through the case drain port T1 threaded M22x1.5 to prevent excessive housing pressure. The EP3 actuator is powered by a 12 V DC signal, so the pump integrates directly with vehicle electrical systems. Under its nominal working pressure of 300 bar the rotating group demands 134 Nm of torque from the prime mover, offering a reliable sizing reference for diesel or electric drives.
