Each circuit displaces 28 cm³ per revolution, providing precise metering of fluid, and a maximum flow of 109 l/min satisfies medium-capacity actuators. The unit sustains a nominal pressure of 300 bar and withstands peaks up to 350 bar during transient loads. An internal boost pump with a 6.1 cm³ displacement supplies charge oil, and its 40 bar peak pressure keeps the main pistons reliably primed. The EP3 electrohydraulic control uses a 12 V DC signal to adjust the swash plate angle. Proper installation requires counterclockwise shaft rotation so the drive train must match that orientation.
Continuous operation is restricted to 3900 rpm to maintain bearing life; this ceiling prevents excessive centrifugal force on the rotating group, while an intermittent limit of 4500 rpm allows brief increases in output when needed. A through-drive torque capacity of 220 Nm lets the shaft power an auxiliary pump, and the 134 Nm driving torque at the 300 bar working pressure guides engine or motor selection. The housing mounts with an SAE J744 two-bolt C flange, giving compatibility with standard hydraulic powertrains. The standard interface simplifies field replacement and reduces downtime in service operations. Delivery and return lines connect through SAE J518 3/4-inch service ports so common high-pressure fittings can be used. Before start-up the case must be filled with 0.64 L of clean hydraulic oil to secure internal lubrication and prevent dry running.
