The AA10VG18EP31/10L-NSC66F025SP-S variable piston pump belongs to the A10VG Variable Piston Pumps series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for closed-circuit hydraulic automation. It displaces 18 cm³ per revolution so flow can be adjusted precisely to match actuator demand. During continuous operation the pump runs at up to 4000 rpm, while short load cycles permit an intermittent speed of 5200 rpm. The nominal pressure rating is 300 bar, and at this pressure the shaft must supply 86 Nm of torque and the unit delivers 36 kW of hydraulic power. Power is transmitted through a 7/8 in 13T 16/32DP spline that fits standard drive couplings.
For temporary overloads the pump tolerates a peak pressure of 350 bar, and maximum flow reaches 72 L/min when set to full displacement. The shaft S can accept 192 Nm of input torque, and a through-drive interface passes up to 112 Nm to an auxiliary pump. An internal boost stage displaces 5.5 cm³ per revolution, drawing fluid through an M26×1.5 suction port to maintain charge pressure. System fluid exits through an M27×2 service port, while excess case oil returns via an M18×1.5 drain port for cooling and lubrication. A limited maximum speed of 4850 rpm safeguards bearings during extended high-speed service.
