The 4WSE2EM10-5X/10B9ET315K31EV valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the 4WS Servo Valves series and meters hydraulic flow in closed-loop motion control. It is built in nominal size 10 and attaches to a manifold that follows the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 mounting pattern. The spool responds to a ±10 V command signal, while the on-board electronics operate from a ±15 V supply with a ±3 percent tolerance and draw a maximum of 150 mA. Each pilot coil is rated for 30 mA to minimize thermal drift. At a 70 bar pressure drop the unit delivers 10 L/min of flow with a tolerance of ±10 percent, and ports P, A, and B tolerate continuous pressures up to 315 bar.
An EN 175201-804 plug provides the electrical interface, and with this connector fitted the housing achieves an IP65 protection class against dust and water jets. Approved media include HL and HLP mineral oils as well as HFC water-glycol, provided the fluid cleanliness reaches ISO 4406 18/16/13. Pilot oil is supplied and returned internally, eliminating external pilot lines, and the spool is centered by a mechanical return system when the control signal is removed. FKM seals are used to resist heat and aggressive additives during long service life.
