The 4WS2EM16-2X/150B12T315K8CV-114 valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the 4WS Servo Valves series. It regulates hydraulic actuators where precise flow control is required for automation. This model has a nominal size of 16 and delivers a rated flow of 150 l/min at a 70 bar differential pressure. The spool overlap is held between 0 and 0.5 percent negative to minimize deadband. Power is supplied through a 4-pin VG 095 342 connector coded K8 for secure electrical termination. External control electronics process the command signal and drive the coils. Pilot oil is supplied from an external source, and the pilot flow returns internally to simplify manifold plumbing. Mechanical feedback links the main spool to the nozzle-flapper pilot to maintain position accuracy. FKM seals are installed to resist common hydraulic oils and elevated operating temperatures.
