The 4WRSE10E1-80-3X/G24K0/A1V valve is a high response control element produced by Bosch Rexroth in the 4WRSE High Response Control Valves series. It meters hydraulic flow and pressure to servo-actuated machinery where rapid directional changes are required. The unit is powered from a 24 VDC supply voltage and accepts a command value signal of ±10 V to position the spool. The integrated electronics return an actual value signal of ±10 V with a maximum output of 2 mA so the controller can monitor spool displacement. A minimum input impedance of 50 kΩ protects the signal source from loading. Continuous operation is supported by a 100 percent duty cycle, while peak demand is limited by a maximum current consumption of 2.8 A.
