Compatibility with HL and HLP mineral oils simplifies fluid selection, and an ISO 4406 (c) 18/16/13 cleanliness requirement helps protect the precision edges from abrasive particles. The design accepts viscosities up to 800 mm²/s, enabling cold-start operation, and it tolerates fluid temperatures as high as 80 °C before derating is required. Working ports p, a, and b can be pressurized to 315 bar, while the tank line endures up to 250 bar, providing a safe margin for counterbalance or back-pressure circuits. NBR seals are used to contain the oil and resist swelling throughout the rated temperature and pressure range.
