The 4WRLE25X370M-42/MPT/24A1-812 proportional solenoid valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the 4WRL Solenoid Valves series and meters flow and pressure in hydraulic automation loops where electronic feedback is required. The valve carries nominal size NG25 so it can connect to pipework that follows that port pattern. A peak flow rate of 1250 l/min supports high-capacity actuators without excessive pressure drop. The spool position is driven by a ±10 V command signal, letting a motion controller vary flow proportionally. Operation remains reliable from −20 °C to +60 °C ambient and with hydraulic fluid temperatures as high as +70 °C, which suits mobile or industrial installations exposed to moderate heat. With a locked plug fitted the enclosure attains IP65, preventing dust and water ingress into the solenoid housing. The unit requires fluid cleanliness of ISO 4406 18/16/13 or better to maintain spool precision, and all dynamic seals are made from NBR to match common mineral oils. A weight of 19 kg provides sufficient mass for vibration damping yet still allows manual handling during maintenance.
