The 4WRLE25WZ350SJ-3X/G24ETK0/A1WX02M-749 proportional solenoid valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the 4WRL Solenoid Valves series and serves to meter hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It accepts a command value of ±10 V so a controller can shift the spool proportionally, while an input impedance of 100 kΩ minimizes loading on the drive electronics. The valve passes a rated flow of 350 l/min at a 5 bar differential across the control edge, supporting high-volume actuation. Ports a, b, and p tolerate external pressures up to 350 bar, whereas their internal passages are limited to 280 bar to protect the housing. The x port is likewise designed for 280 bar so pilot supply lines match main gallery limits, and return ports t and y are specified for 250 bar to suit tank circuits. A minimum pilot pressure of 10 bar is required to move the main spool reliably and maintain stable operation.


The unit mounts on manifolds that follow the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 pattern, placing its connections in standard positions. A pilot oil flow of 7.5 l/min feeds the control stage to secure rapid response to electrical commands, which are supplied by a 24 V DC power source for the solenoids. An IP65 enclosure protects the coils and connector against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. Hydraulic fluid must remain within cleanliness class 18/16/13 per ISO 4406 to prevent wear of the metering edges. Recommended viscosity ranges from 30 to 45 mm²/s for the best dynamic performance, although the design allows 20 to 380 mm²/s when broader conditions occur. Acceptable fluid temperature extends from −20 to +70 °C, permitting cold starts and sustained service in warmer environments.
