The 4WRL25EZ350S-3X/G24Z4/M-750 valve belongs to the 4WRL Solenoid Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and regulates hydraulic flow and pressure in automated machinery. It accepts a supply of 24 V DC, so power can be taken directly from common control cabinets. A maximum solenoid current of 2.7 A accompanies this voltage to produce the magnetic force needed for spool actuation, while overall electrical demand remains limited by a 40 VA power rating to reduce panel fuse size. Return and drain ports T, X, and Y withstand a maximum of 250 bar, allowing back-pressure compensation when tank lines are long or restricted. Internal tightness is characterized by a main-stage leakage of no more than 1000 cm³ per minute at 100 bar, while the pilot seat limits leakage to 500 cm³ per minute under the same test conditions; these values help designers estimate heat generation and reservoir sizing. NBR seals are fitted to resist standard hydraulic oils and provide a cost-effective barrier against fluid loss. The assembled unit weighs 18 kg, so mounting brackets and pipe supports must be chosen to hold that mass without distortion during service.
