The 4WRL25EZ350S-3X/G24ETZ4/M valve belongs to the 4WRL Solenoid Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for closed-loop hydraulic automation. It uses an NG25 porting layout to direct pressurized fluid to actuators with electronic control. Installation follows the ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 interface so it can slide onto standard sub-plates in manifolds. Electrical power is provided at 24 V DC through a Z4 plug to DIN 43560-AM2, and the coil shows a resistance of 2.5 Ω at 20 °C to set the current–voltage relationship. During normal operation the solenoid may draw up to 2.7 A and consume as much as 40 VA, figures that define the sizing of the drive electronics and fusing. Flow capacity and pressure limits characterize the hydraulic side of the same valve. It conducts up to 900 L/min while maintaining a maximum of 350 bar in ports P, A, and B, whereas the return circuits T, X, and Y are limited to 250 bar. Pilot oil is supplied internally through passage X and returned internally via passage Y, eliminating external lines. An IP65 enclosure rating protects the energized components against dust ingress and water jets, and NBR seals keep the working fluid separated from the environment. The unit weighs 18 kg, a consideration for mounting support structures.
