The 4WRL25E350S-3X/G24Z4/M-755 solenoid valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the 4WRL Solenoid Valves series and is intended to regulate hydraulic actuators in automated machinery. A mounting pattern of ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 lets the unit drop onto standard subplates, and a maximum working pressure of 350 bar at ports P, A, and B supports high-pressure circuits. The valve passes up to 900 l/min so it can supply large cylinders, while a pilot valve flow of 24 l/min feeds the control stage. Pilot operation stays reliable between a minimum pilot pressure of 10 bar and a maximum of 250 bar, allowing wide control authority. The coil shows a resistance of 2.5 Ω at 20 °C and terminates through a DIN 43560-AM2 (Z4) plug to simplify wiring.
The return and auxiliary ports t, X, and Y are rated for 250 bar, protecting the housing when backpressure is present. A peak solenoid current of 2.7 A sets the upper limit for the drive amplifier, which supplies 24 V DC and must provide 40 VA of power. Feedback from the integrated position transducer exits through a Pg7 four-pin connector for closed-loop control. An IP65 enclosure guards the interior against dust and water jets, and nitrile rubber seals withstand common hydraulic oils. The valve weighs 18 kg, so secure mounting is required but a single technician can still handle installation.
