Auxiliary t, x, and y lines may also see 250 bar, matching the pilot limit to simplify circuit design. During operation the main gallery can pass a maximum flow of 450 l/min, giving sufficient capacity for large cylinders or motors. The internal pilot oil supply eliminates the need for a separate feed line, and the internal pilot oil return routes discharge back to tank without extra piping, which simplifies manifold layouts. A pilot oil flow of 12 l/min is needed to actuate the spool at full stroke, so the power unit can be sized accordingly.
